摘要
突如其来的新型冠状病毒感染疫情充分考验了我国各领域的治理能力,教育战线作为抗击疫情的重要战场,在大规模在线教学的有效支持下,“停课不停教、停课不停学”取得了圆满成功,充分彰显了我国高效的教育治理能力。该研究探讨了中国经验的科学内涵,围绕疫情前后我国在线教育发展以及疫情期间在线教育推进过程中产生的诸多可供借鉴之经验开展研究。研究将教育战“疫”之中国经验总结为三个方面:第一,坚持推进教育信息化,于长期积淀中构筑在线教育发展之温室;第二,坚持集中力量办大事,三力合一有效保障在线教育、教学顺利推进;第三,坚持与时俱进,借时代发展之力推动在线教育勇攀高质量发展之峰。研究有助于推动后疫情时代教育理念更新、模式变革,进一步助推“互联网+教育”发展,也能够为后疫情时代教育数字化转型提供参考。
The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has fully tested China’s governance capacity in various fields.As an important battlefield to fight against the epidemic,the education front,with the effective support of large-scale online teaching,has achieved complete success in“suspending classes without stopping learning”,fully demonstrating China’s highly effective education governance capacity.The research explored the scientific connotation of China’s experience,focusing on the development of online education in China before and after the epidemic,as well as many experiences that can be used for reference during the promotion of online education.The research summarized the Chinese experience on fighting against COVID-19 in education field into three aspects:first,adhere to promoting education informatization,and build a greenhouse for online education development through long-term accumulation;second,adhere to the principle of focusing on major issues,and effectively ensure the smooth progress of online education and teaching;third,keep pace with the times and take advantage of the development of the times to promote online education to reach the peak of high-quality development.The research will help to promote the innovation of education concept and mode in the post epidemic era,further promote the development of“Internet+education”,and also provide reference for the digital transformation of education in the post epidemic era.
