结构调整对宁夏农业产值增长的作用及对策建议

Effect of Structural Adjustment on Agricultural Output Growth in Ningxia and Countermeasures

定量测算了面积、单产、结构调整对宁夏种植业产值增长的贡献率,农业结构调整对宁夏农林牧渔总产值增长的贡献率以及结构调整对农业产值增长的总贡献率。结果表明,宁夏种植业结构调整对种植业产值增长的贡献率偏低,农林牧渔结构调整的速度和幅度还不够大。提出了加大农林牧渔大农业结构调整的力度,大力发展畜牧业和渔业;在稳定粮食生产的前提下,种植业发展要充分发挥结构调整的作用等建议。

It is quantitatively calculated that the contribution rate of area,yield,and structural adjustment to the growth of Ningxia’s planting industry output value;the contribution rate of structural adjustment of big agriculture to the growth of Ningxia’s total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and the total contribution rate of structural adjustment to agricultural growth.It is believed that the contribution rate of the adjustment of the planting industry structure in Ningxia to the growth of the output value of the planting industry is relatively low,and the speed and scope of the adjustment of the agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery structure are not large enough.It is proposed to intensify the structural adjustment of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,vigorously develop animal husbandry and fishery;under the premise of stabilizing the grain production,the role of structural adjustment should be given full play in the development of planting industry.
