摘要
创伤初期的免疫微环境是影响组织再生修复结局的重要阶段,而此阶段与创伤区的血液浸润、血凝块形成及其机化等凝血过程相重叠,二者的生物学过程涉及众多相同的免疫细胞集群及细胞因子。近年来发现,血凝块纤维网可通过多种方式作用于免疫细胞,并参与塑造免疫微环境。因此,揭示血凝块纤维网的免疫调控靶点,阐明其调控规律具有重要意义。针对这一“凝血-免疫复合体”,我们首先明确血凝块及其纤维网在组织再生中的作用,进一步揭示纤维网参与塑造免疫微环境的生物学基础,最后介绍基于纤维网管控调控“凝血-免疫复合体”免疫微环境的新进展,本综述旨在为新一代免疫智能型再生材料研发提供思路。
The immune microenvironment of the early wound is the important stage that influences the outcome of tissue repair and regeneration.There is some overlap between the early immune microenvironment and the blood coagulation process including blood infiltration,clot formation,and its organization,as their biological processes involve many of the same immune cell clusters and cytokines.In recent years,it has been found that the fibrin network in clots can act on immune cells in several ways and be involved in shaping the immune microenvironment.Therefore,it has great significance to reveal the immunoregulatory targets of the clot fibrin network and to elucidate the regulatory laws.To address this coagulation-immune complex,we first clarify the effect of the blood clot and its fibrin network on tissue regeneration,further reveal the biological basis of the fibrin networks involvement in shaping the immune microenvironment,and finally introduce new advances in the regulation of the coagulation-immune complex immune microenvironment based on the fibrous network control.This review aims to provide ideas for the development of a new generation of immune-intelligent regenerative materials.
