云南大山包黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区建设与社区关系研究

Relationship between the construction of Dashanbao Grus nigricollis National Nature Reserve and surrounding communities

自然保护区与当地社区之间具有长期的相互依存关系,二者协调发展是保护区管理建设的核心内容之一,如何实现保护与社区和谐发展,是保护区面临的严峻挑战。云南大山包黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区具有社区居民多、居民对自然资源的依赖大等特点,保护与社区之间的矛盾也较为突出。采用参与式农村评估、保护区与生态环境知识问卷调查等方法,探讨云南大山包黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区与周边社区关系现状及存在问题,并针对存在的问题提出对策与建议。

To sustain long-term coexistence, it is important to avoid conflicts between protected area management and local people′s needs. How to realize the communities development of conservation and community is a severe challenge facing the nature reserve. Dashanbao Grus nigricollis National Nature Reserve has many community residents, and the residents rely on natural resources, which makes the contradiction between nature reserve and community more prominent. Using the methods of participatory rural appraisaland and questionnaire, this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of the relationship between nature reserve and communities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestion.
