对林草基层事业单位干部教育培训的思考

干部教育培训是建设高素质干部队伍的先导性、基础性、战略性工程,在推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程中具有不可替代的重要作用。是提升干部技能和知识水平的重要方式及手段,对发挥干部工作积极性,改善干部工作态度,提高干部工作效率、业绩和干部队伍整体素质等都具有重要作用。以林草基层事业单位干部教育培训为研究对象,对林草基层事业单位干部教育培训的重要性、存在问题等进行了深入分析,探讨符合实际的对策措施,以促进林草事业单位人力资源管理水平提高。

Cadre education and training is a guiding, basic and strategic project to build a team of high-quality cadres,which plays an irreplaceable important role in promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the new great project of the Party building. It is an important way and means to improve the skills and knowledge level of cadres. It plays an important role in giving full play to the enthusiasm of cadres, improving their working attitude,efficiency, performance and the overall quality of cadres. This paper takes the cadre education and training of grassroots public institutions of forest and grass as the research object, the importance and the existing problems of the cadre education and training are deeply analyzed, and the practical countermeasures are discussed in order to promote the improvement of the human resources management level of forest and grass public institutions.
