弥勒市退耕还林存在的问题及对策浅议

科学、合理实施退耕还林具有改善区域日益恶劣的生态环境、保护当地农业经济稳定发展的作用。目前在弥勒市实施退耕还林过程中存在群众退耕还林的意愿下降、补助标准低、经济林占比高、毁林复耕风险大等问题,应采取提高退耕还林的补助标准并配套相应的工作经费、建立健全后续保障机制和加强与自然资源部门的协调合作等方法,引入现代化技术、设置完善的森林监管机制等措施,为退耕还林的有序推进奠定基础。
