纳米氧化铝复合树脂口腔材料的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提升口腔材料的力学性能及使用寿命,研究了一种全新的纳米氧化铝复合树脂口腔材料。预处理纳米氧化铝材料,将活性稀释剂甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯与基础树脂材料、双酚A双甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合,添加不同质量分数的纳米氧化铝材料,制备了5个纳米氧化铝复合树脂口腔材料试件。使用扫描电子显微镜获得各试件的微观形貌,并通过万能试验机测试试件力学性能,经磨损试验机检测试件耐磨损性能。试验结果表明,纳米氧化铝用量为5%的情况下,复合树脂口腔材料的弯曲强度、拉伸强度、剪切强度等力学性能最好,且耐磨损性能更强,该材料能够有效延长树脂口腔材料的使用寿命。 In order to improve the mechanical properties and service life of oral materials, a new nano-alumina composite resin for oral material is developed. Firstly, the nano-alumina materials are pretreated, then the active diluent hydroxyethyl methacrylate is mixed with the base resin mate-rial and bisphenol A bis-glycidyl methacrylate, finally the nano-alumina materials of different mass fractions are added to prepare 5 kinds of nano-a-lumina composite resin specimens for oral materials. The scanning electron microscope is used to obtain the microscopic morphology of each specimen,the mechanical properties of the specimens are tested by a universal testing machine, and the wear resistance of specimens is tested by an abrasion testing machine. The test results show that when the amount of nano-alumina is 5%, the composite resin oral material has the best mechanical proper-ties such as bending strength, tensile strength and shear strength, and it has stronger wear resistance. This material can effectively extend the service life of resin oral materials.
