镍基催化剂催化甲烷裂解制氢研究进展

Research Progress in Ni-Based Catalysts for Methane Decomposition to Produce Hydrogen

摘要 满足碳氢化合物零排放的甲烷裂解制氢工艺对我国2030年达成碳达峰目标和2060年实现碳中和具有重要意义,而该工艺最常用的催化剂(镍基催化剂)反应后产生的积碳的形貌仍不可控,因此,综述了不同种类的金属助剂对镍基催化剂的性能和形成的碳纳米材料的性质和形貌的影响,展望了今后镍基催化剂催化甲烷裂解制氢的研究重点。 The technology of methane decomposition, producing COxfree hydrogen, is of great significance for our country to achieve the carbon peak target in 2030 and carbon neutral target in 2060. However, the morphology of carbon deposition generated(catalyzed by Ni-based catalysts) is still not controllable. Therefore, the effects of metal promoters on the catalytic properties of nickel-based catalysts and the properties and morphology of carbon nanomaterials are discussed. The research focus of the catalyst for methane decomposition in the future is prospected.
