不同环境中丙烯酸聚合物胶粘剂银离子释放浓度测试 被引量:2

Determination of Silver Ion Release Concentration of Acrylic Polymer Adhesive in Different Environments

摘要 以十六烷基吡啶化硫代硫酸银(CTS)、聚乙烯醇等为材料,制备丙烯酸聚合物胶粘剂,结合多种实验仪器和丙烯酸聚合物胶粘剂测定和表征方法,在萜烯树脂、歧化松香及松香酯的三种不同配比增黏方案中选取最佳粘结配比,并在不同环境下测试丙烯酸聚合物胶粘剂银离子释放浓度。实验结果显示:萜烯树脂和歧化松香的配比为3.3∶5.5时其粘度最优、剥离最强,稳定性最好;在湿度50%、温度25℃的常温环境中,不同CTS含量的丙烯酸聚合物胶粘剂的银离子在浸泡12 d时释放浓度最高,在48 d时趋于稳定,CTS含量为9.5%至13%时,丙烯酸聚合物胶粘剂银离子释放浓度在第48 d至144 d时无统计差异;在湿度80%、温度18℃的高湿环境中,银离子处于硫化物、碳酸盐的反应形态下的释放浓度分别为95mg/L、94.3mg/L;在湿度15%、温度18℃的极其干燥环境中,银离子在废弃物及吸附物状态下的释放浓度分别为105.2mg/L、198.8mg/L。 Acrylic polymer adhesive is prepared with the cetylpyridinated silver thiosulfate(CTS) and polyvinyl alcohol as materials. Combined with a variety of experimental instruments and determination and characterization methods of acrylic polymer adhesive, the optimal bonding ratio is selected among different bonding ratio schemes of terpene resin, disproportionated rosin and rosin ester, and the silver ion release concentration of acrylic polymer adhesive is tested in different environments. The experimental results show that when the ratio of terpene resin to disproportionated rosin is 3.3∶5.5, the viscosity, peeling strength and stability of the resin are the best;In the normal temperature environment with a humidity of 50%and temperature of 25℃, the silver ion release concentration of acrylic polymer adhesive with different CTS contents is the highest at the 12th days,and tends to be stable at 48th days. When the CTS content is 9.5% to 13%, the silver ion release concentration of acrylic polymer adhesive is not statistically different from 48 days to 144 days;In the high humidity environment with a humidity of 80% and temperature of 18 ℃, the release concentration of silver ions in the reaction form of sulfide and carbonate is 95mg/L and 94.3mg/L respectively;In the extremely dry environment with a humidity of 15% and temperature of 18℃, the release concentration of silver ions in the state of waste and adsorbent is 105.2mg/L and 198.8mg/L respectively.
