摘要
目的 研究清香桂(Sarcococca ruacifolia)枝叶中甾体类化学成分。方法 采用甲醇溶剂对清香桂地上部分枝叶进行回流提取,利用硅胶、胺基硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)等多种柱色谱等分离技术对清香桂的甾体类化学成分进行研究,运用多种波谱技术以及文献报道数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从其枝叶中分离鉴定了8个单体化合物,分别鉴定为funtumafrine C(1)、rubrosterone(2)、25-deoxyecdysone(3)、14-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone(4)、polypodine B(5)、krempene C(6)、ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3-ol(7)、ergosta-5,24(28)-diene-3,16-diol(8)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents from the branches and leaves of Sarcococca ruacifolia have been studied in this paper.The chemical constituents were studied by silica gel, amino silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel and other column chromatography.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic techniques of NMR and combined with references.Eight compounds were isolated from their leaves and identified as funtumafrine C(1),rubosterone(2),25-deoxyecdysone(3),14-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone(4),polypodine B(5),krempene C(6),ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3-ol(7),ergosta-5,24(28)-diene-3,16-diol(8).All compounds were first isolated from the plant.
