Research progress of cannabinoid type 2 receptor ligands

摘要 大麻素2型受体主要表达于外周免疫系统和中枢神经系统,具有良好的生理效能,与多种疾病的发生机制紧密相关,已被多次报道可用于改善各种疾病引起的病理状况。但由于各种原因,目前没有一种有关大麻素2型受体药物上市的消息报道。本文从结构修饰和改造、构效关系等角度对近3年新开发的含有吲哚、吡咯、吡啶、吡唑、噻唑、吲唑等6种结构的新型大麻素2型受体配体进行总结,以期为大麻素2型受体配体的进一步研究提供参考依据。 Cannabinoid type 2 receptors are mainly expressed in the peripheral immune system and central nervous system.They have good physiological efficacy and are closely related to the mechanism of various diseases.It has been reported for many times that they can be used to improve pathological conditions caused by various diseases.However, due to various reasons, there is currently no new report on the marketing of cannabinoid type 2 receptor drugs.This article summarizes the new cannabinoid type 2 receptor ligands containing six structures of indole, pyrrole, pyridine, pyrazole, thiazole and indazole that have been newly developed in the past three years from the perspectives of structural modification and transformation, and structure-activity relationship, with the hope of being a cannabinoid further research on type 2 receptor ligands to provide a reference basis.
