摘要
可变剪接作为一种提高基因组复杂性的机制,在调节基因功能多样性和表型变异中发挥着非常重要的作用。可变剪接事件的顺利进行能够调控并促进正常精子的生成,有利于动物的繁殖。文章重点介绍了可变剪接对哺乳动物精子生成的调控作用,并进行了总结展望,旨在为强化育种改良提供新的思路。
As a mechanism to increase genome complexity, alternative splicing plays an important role in regulating gene functional diversity and phenotypic variation. The smooth operation of alternative splicing events can regulate and promote normal sperm production, which is beneficial to animal reproduction. This paper focused on the regulatory effects of alternative splicing on spermatogenesis in mammals, and summarized the prospects in order to provide new ideas for the enhancement of breeding improvement.
