摘要
目的:通过心肺运动试验观察六字诀对大学生有氧运动能力的影响。方法:纳入大学生受试者52人,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=26)与干预组(n=26)。对照组在观察期间未接受任何运动训练,干预组采用六字诀(30 min/次,3次/周,共8周)训练。在干预前、干预4周后、干预8周后分别进行6 min步行试验记录步行距离、心肺运动试验记录峰值呼吸交换率(RERpeak)、峰值摄氧量(VO_(2)peak)、峰值公斤摄氧量(VO_(2)peak/kg)、峰值功率(Wpeak)、峰值代谢当量(METpeak)、摄氧效率斜率(OUES)等参数。结果:共48位受试者完成训练和评估,其中对照组23人,干预组25人。干预前两组受试者各观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预4周后,干预组受试者VO_(2)peak、VO_(2)peak/kg、Wpeak、METpeak均明显高于干预前(P<0.05),但与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,干预组受试者VO_(2)peak、VO_(2)peak/kg、Wpeak、METpeak均明显高于干预前(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,两组OUES与VO_(2)peak均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:长期规律性练习六字诀能改善大学生心、肺、骨骼肌功能,提高有氧运动能力,是一种安全、有效的健身方法。
Objective:To observe the effect of Liuzijue on the aerobic exercise capacity of college students through cardiorespiratory exercise test.Methods:Totally 52 college students were randomly divided into control group(n=26)and intervention group(n=26).Students received none training in control group and Liuzijue(3 times weekly for 30 minutes each day for 8 weeks)in intervention group.The students were assessed with six-minute walking test to record walking distance and cardiopulmonary exercise testing to record RERpeak,VO_(2)peak,VO_(2)peak/kg,Wpeak,METpeak and OUES before intervention,four weeks after intervention and eight weeks after intervention.Results:A total of 48 subjects completed the study,23 in control group and 25 in intervention group.Before intervention,there was no statistical difference in observed index between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of training,the VO_(2)peak,VO_(2)peak/kg,Wpeak,METpeak improved in intervention group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of training the VO_(2)peak,VO_(2)peak/kg,Wpeak,METpeak improved in intervention group and the intervention group showed better results than control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between OUES and VO_(2)peak in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long-term regular Liuzijue can improve the function of heart,lung and skeletal muscles of college students and improve aerobic exercise capacity.It is a safe and effective fitness method.
