基于CiteSpace的针刺治疗帕金森病可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Acupuncture Therapy for Parkinson's Disease Based on CiteSpace

目的:对针刺治疗帕金森病的研究动态及热点、趋势进行可视化分析,为本领域的后续研究提供参考方向。方法:检索中国知网、维普中文期刊服务平台、万方数据知识服务平台中关于针刺治疗帕金森病的相关文献,通过CiteSpace软件从纳入文献的作者信息、研究机构和关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果:最终纳入695篇文献,年发文量呈波浪式交替趋势增长,2020年发表文献数量达到顶峰。湖北中医药大学为该领域的主要研究机构;马骏团队为主要的研究团队;电针、头针、针药结合等方法为针刺治疗帕金森病的常用疗法,选用腧穴以百会、太冲为代表的养髓息风止颤穴位为主,涉及的热点研究机制包括抑制神经炎症、抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化应激、调节肠道菌群等方面。结论:针刺治疗帕金森病研究领域以实验研究与作用机制研究为主,缺少高质量临床研究。在今后的研究中,各研究机构与团队应加强跨区域合作,遵循RCT标准,扩大临床研究规模,促进临床科研发展。

Objective:To visualize and analyze the current research dynamics,hotspots and trends of acupuncture for Parkinson's disease treatment,and to provide a reference direction for the subsequent research in this field.Methods:Relevant literature on acupuncture for Parkinson's disease was retrieved from the databases of China Knowledge Network(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang Data).The included literatures were visualized and analyzed by CiteSpace software in terms of author information,research institutions and keywords.Results:The final 695 publications were included,and the number of publications increased in a wave-like alternating trend on a yearly basis,peaking in 2020.Hubei University of Chinese Medicine was the main research institution in this field;MA Jun's team was the main research team.Electro-acupuncture,head acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and medicine are the common treatments for Parkinson's disease.The commonly used acupoints are Baihui(DU 20)and Taichong(LR 3),which are represented by the acupoints of nourishing the marrow,restraining wind and stopping tremor.The hot research mechanisms involved are inhibition of neuroinflammation,anti-apoptosis,anti-oxidative stress and regulation of intestinal flora.Conclusion:The field of acupuncture for Parkinson's disease research is dominated by experimental basic research and mechanism of action research,and lacks high-quality clinical research.In future research,research institutions and teams should strengthen cross-regional cooperation,follow RCT standards,increase the scale of clinical research and promote the development of clinical research.
