从中医阴阳角度论肿瘤衰老微环境

Discussion on Tumor Aging Microenvironment from the Perspective of Yin and Yang in Traditional Chinese Medicine

衰老微环境曾被视为一种重要的肿瘤抑制机制,但随着对衰老研究的不断深入,衰老细胞及其微环境的变化也可发挥负面效应,并从细胞代谢、组织架构、免疫、基质稳态等多方面产生促癌作用。中医阴阳理论与肿瘤衰老微环境有高度的契合性,从阴阳的互根互用、对立制约、消长转化与平衡等多角度探讨衰老细胞及衰老微环境对肿瘤发生发展的影响,以期为中医阴阳理论解释肿瘤衰老微环境提供依据。

The aging microenvironment was once regarded as an important tumor suppressor mechanism,but with the deepening of aging research,the changes of senescent cells and their microenvironment can also play a negative effect.It can promote cancer from many aspects,such as cell metabolism,tissue architecture,immunity,matrix homeostasis and so on.The theory of Yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine is highly compatible with the tumor aging microenvironment.In this paper,the influence of senescent cells and aging microenvironment on the occurrence and development of tumor is discussed from the perspectives of the mutual use,opposition and restriction,waning and waxing,and balance of Yin and Yang,in order to provide an important basis for the theory of Yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine to explain the tumor aging microenvironment.
