摘要
本文研判了新时代我国种业创新发展态势,探讨了杭州种业发展的基础优势和短板不足,并以“五个提升”明晰杭州特色种业创新高地的建设路径,为筑牢农业强国的种业根基贡献“杭州力量”。
This paper examines the trend of China’s seed industry innovation in the new era, discusses the basic advantages and shortcomings of Hangzhou’s seed industry development, and clarifies the construction path of Hangzhou’s special seed industry innovation highland by“five enhancements”,in order to make contribution to strengthening the seed industry foundation of a strong agricultural country by“Hangzhou Power”.
