论城乡融合发展的空间逻辑

On the Spatial Logic of Urban-Rural Integrated Development

城乡融合发展不仅指称城乡社会关系的变迁,也涉及城乡空间关系的重构。从城乡关系演进的一般规律上看,城市空间与乡村空间经历了此消彼长的动态演化过程,并且在不平衡发展和空间差异效应的动力作用下,实现了城乡关系的相对平衡。结合空间生产理论,我国在推动城乡融合发展过程中存在空间生产异化现象,具体表现为城市生产的空间极化和空间同化现象以及乡村空间生产的空间隔离和空间重构危机。城乡空间生产异化的出现与空间正义、空间权利和空间规划的疏失密不可分。新时代城乡关系应当在尊重城乡空间差异的基础上,重塑城乡空间正义,通过赋予城乡平等的空间权利,将城乡空间视为整体统一规划,实现城乡融合发展。

Urban-rural integrated development is not only the change of urban-rural social relations, but also the reconstruction of urban-rural spatial relations.From the general rule of urbanrural relationship evolution, urban space and rural space have gone through the dynamic evolution process of “up and down”;and under the dynamic effect of unbalanced development and spatial difference effect, the relative balance of urban-rural relationship has been achieved.Combined with the theory of spatial production, the phenomenon of spatial production alienation exists in the process of promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China, which is manifested in the spatial polarization and spatial assimilation of urban production and the spatial isolation and spatial reconstruction crisis of rural production.The emergence of spatial alienation of urban-rural production is inseparable from the negligence of spatial justice, spatial rights and spatial planning.In the new era,urban-rural relations should be reshaped on the basis of respecting the spatial differences between urban and rural areas, reshaping urban-rural spatial justice, and unified planning by giving equal spatial rights to urban and rural areas and treating urban and rural spaces as a whole, so as to realize integrated urban-rural development.
