R152a在无油直线压缩机中应用的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步降低制冷剂R134a对全球变暖的影响并提高蒸气压缩制冷(VCR)系统的性能,使用R152a作为替代制冷剂,同时为避免润滑油对制冷剂性能评估的影响,采用由无油直线压缩机组成的VCR系统,在不同压缩机行程与压力比的工况下,对制冷剂R152a和R134a的性能进行了对比试验研究。研究结果表明,在压力比为2.5,压缩机行程为11 mm时,R152a的功率输入比R134a低17%,平均相差10 W;在压缩机行程为12 mm,压力比为2.0时,R152a与R134a均获得最大质量流量,分别为2.2 g/s和2.8 g/s;在固定压力比下,R152a的容积效率高于R134a,平均容积效率高约16%;在压力比为2.0和压缩机行程为12 mm时,R152a和R134a的制冷量分别为464 W和414 W。R152a的平均制冷量比R134a高13%左右;R152a和R134a的COP(性能系数)分别为6.5和5.3,R152a的平均COP比R134a高14%左右。 To further reduce the global warming impact of refrigerant R134a and to improve the performance of VCR(vapor compression refrigeration)systems,R152a was used as an alternative refrigerant and to avoid the influence of lubricating oil on the evaluation of refrigerant performance,a comparative experimental study of the performance of refrigerants R152a and R134a was conducted using a VCR system consisting of an oil-free linear compressor under the operating conditions of different compressor stroke and pressure ratio.The results indicate that at a pressure ratio of 2.5 and a compressor stroke of 11 mm,the power input of R152a is 17%lower than that of R134a,with an average difference of 10 W.At a compressor stroke of 12 mm and a pressure ratio of 2.0,both R152a and R134a achieve maximum mass flow rates of 2.2 g/s and 2.8 g/s,respectively.At a fixed pressure ratio,R152a has a higher volumetric efficiency than R134a,with an average volumetric efficiency of approximately 16%.At a pressure ratio of 2.0 and a compressor stroke of 12 mm,the cooling capacities of R152a and R134a are 464W and 414W respectively.The average cooling capacity of R152a is about 13%higher than that of R134a.The COP(coefficient of performance)of R152a and R134a are 6.5 and 5.3,respectively.The average COP of R152a is about 14%higher than that of R134a.
