摘要
高压储氢气瓶瓶口组合阀是车载供氢系统的关键部件,其性能优劣关系到氢能的安全和高效利用。针对氢燃料电池汽车车载供氢系统工况要求,总结了瓶口组合阀的主要功能要求,着重分析了其安全技术要求,并从瓶口组合阀的结构组合型式、关键部件设计制造、试验研究及性能评价等方面综述了目前的研究进展。通过梳理分析,讨论了目前相关研究的不足之处:尚未厘清瓶口组合阀的安全设计准则、尚未开展各功能组件组合后的相互性能影响研究、尚未有针对组合阀整体性能的试验研究及标准规范等。并给出了未来研究的建议,即以安全、智能、低耗为目标,开展瓶口组合阀的高集成度优化设计、研发大可调比高性能的限流阀等功能组件,试验研究各功能组件的性能相互影响规律,提出瓶口组合阀的安全设计准则,并制定其整机性能试验标准规范等。
The combination valve for high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder is a key component of the hydrogen supply system for fuel cell vehicle,and its performance is related to the safe and efficient use of hydrogen energy.In view of the working condition requirements of the hydrogen supply system for fuel cell vehicle,the main functional requirements of the cylinder combination valve were summarized,and the safety technical requirements were analyzed.The current research progress of the structure combination type,key component design,test research and the performance evaluation were reviewed.By combing and analysis,the shortcomings of the current research were discussed:the safety design criteria of the bottle-mouth combination valve have not been clarified,the mutual influence of the combination of various functional components have not been researched,and there is no research about the test specifications for the overall performance of the combination valve,etc.And the suggestions for future research were given,that is,with the safety,intelligence and low consumption as the objectives,the highly integrated optimization design of the cylinder combination valve was carried out to develop the high-performance functional components such as the large rangeability flow limiting valve,experimentally research the performance mutual influence of functional components,put forward the safety design criteria of the cylinder combination valve,and develop the specifications for the performance test of the whole valve,etc.
