多种超声技术评估宫颈预测早产的研究进展

Research Progress of Multiple Ultrasound Techniques in Evaluating Cervix for Prediction Preterm Delivery

随着我国早产率的不断上升,早产已成为导致新生儿死亡的首要原因。预测早产在早产防治工作中尤为重要,而目前关于早产的诊断方法尚未明确。本文以二维超声为基础,联合超声弹性成像技术从多种超声技术的角度评估宫颈,为预测早产提供新思路,旨在进一步提高早产儿及孕妇的预后。

With the rising rate of preterm delivery in China,preterm delivery has become the leading cause of neonatal death.At present,the diagnosis method of preterm delivery is not clear,and predicting preterm delivery is important in the prevention and treatment of preterm delivery.This study aims to provide new ideas for the prediction of preterm delivery and improve the prognosis of preterm delivery and pregnant women based on two-dimensional ultrasound,combined with ultrasound elastography.
