药用植物种子贮藏的研究进展

摘要 种子贮藏是药用植物生产实践和种质资源保存的一个重要环节,种子贮藏后的活力直接影响药用植物播种效果及种质保存效果。本文综述了药用植物种子贮藏过程中的影响因素及其一系列变化,并讨论了种子贮藏的方法。研究表明,种子贮藏期间的劣变是由环境和种子自身等多种因素相互作用引起的,导致种子的有机物质、酶活性、有毒物质和遗传物质等都发生变化,适宜的贮藏方法可有效延长种子的贮藏寿命。探究贮藏过程中种子劣变的调控机制可为延缓种子劣变和种子修复提供理论参考,完善种子的贮藏方法可为药用植物生产实践和种质资源保存提供技术支持。 Seed storage is an important link in the production practice of medicinal plants and the preservation of germplasm resources. The vitality of seeds after storage affects the sowing effect of medicinal plants and the effect of germplasm preservation directly. In this paper,the influencing factors and a series of changes in the storage process of medicinal plant seeds were reviewed, and the methods of seed storage were discussed. Studies have shown that the deterioration of seeds during storage of seeds is caused by the interaction of environmental factors and the seeds themselves, resulting in changes of the organic matters, enzyme activities, toxic substances, and genetic materials of seeds.Proper storage methods can effectively prolong the storage life of seeds. Exploring the regulation mechanism of seed deterioration during the storage can provide a theoretical reference for delaying seed deterioration and seed restoration, and improving seed storage methods can provide technical supports for the medicinal plant production practice and germplasm resource preservation.
