摘要
主流加热不燃烧烟由发烟芯基材、冷凝中空段、PLA隔热段和近唇段构成,其中冷凝段和部分近唇段用无纸中空生产工艺生产的中空滤棒制作,在实际加工过程中,因烟支生产采用复合加工工艺(线性复合或鼓轮复合),各组成段的物理指标(圆周、长度、硬度)波动性对加工过程和最终烟支产品质量特性有较大影响。作者在实际生产过程中发现,滤棒储存时间、储存环境相对湿度、温度对滤棒物理指标变化呈现一定相关关系,该文主要对无纸中空滤棒尺寸物理指标与储存的时间、湿度之间的相关关系的实验及数据分析结果进行阐述。
The mainstream heated non-combustible smoke is composed of smoke core substrate, condensation hollow section, PLA thermal insulation section and near lip section, in which the condensation section and part of the near lip section are made of hollow filter rods produced by paperless hollow production process. In the actual processing process, the cigarette production adopts compound processing technology(linear composite or drum composite). The fluctuation of physical indexes(circumference, length, hardness, etc.) of each segment has a great influence on the processing process and the quality characteristics of the final cigarette products. In the actual production process, it is found that the storage time,storage environment relative humidity and temperature of the filter rod showed a certain correlation to the change of the physical index of the filter rod. This paper mainly describes the experiment and data analysis results of the relationship between the physical index of paperless hollow filter rod size and storage time and humidity.
