摘要
灌注桩浇筑完成待强度达到设计标准之后,按照规定要对灌注桩进行开挖,开挖过程中要特别注意对桩头的保护,防止因开挖等原因对桩头造成破坏进而产生质量缺陷。桩头缺陷是重要的钢筋混凝土钻孔灌注桩质量问题,通常,当基槽开挖、破桩头到设计桩顶标高时,如果设计标高以下桩身(可见部分)出现质量不合格问题,即视为桩头缺陷。该文结合西安咸阳国际机场三期扩建工程T5航站楼工程钻孔灌注桩施工应用,对在灌注桩施工过程中产生的桩头质量缺陷进行分析阐述与归纳总结,并提出一些桩头质量缺陷修补处理措施,希望为未来的灌注桩施工桩头质量缺陷处理提供一些参考建议。
After the pouring strength of the cast-in-place pile reaches the design standard, the cast-in-place pile should be excavated according to the regulations, and special attention should be paid to the protection of the pile head in the process of excavation to prevent damage to the pile head and quality defects caused by excavation and other reasons.Pile head defect is an important quality problem of reinforced concrete bored pile. Generally, when the foundation groove is excavated, the pile head is broken to the top of the design pile. If there is a problem of unqualified quality of the pile body(visible part) below the design elevation, it is regarded as the defect of the pile head. Combined with the construction application of bored pile in Terminal T5 of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport Phase Ⅲ Extension Project, this paper analyzes and summarizes the pile head quality defects in the process of cast-in-place pile construction, and puts forward some measures to repair pile head quality defects, hoping to provide some references and suggestions for the treatment of pile head quality defects in cast-in-place pile construction in the future.
