异位妊娠术后患者生活质量影响因素的多元线性回归分析

Multiple linear regression analysis of influencing factors on quality of life in patients with ectopic pregnancy after the operation

目的 探讨异位妊娠术后患者生活质量的影响因素,以期为临床护理措施的制定提供参考。方法 本研究选取项城市第一人民医院2019年3月—2021年8月收治的134例异位妊娠患者为研究对象。采用单因素分析影响患者生活质量测定量表简表评分的因素[年龄、文化程度、居住地、在职状况、家庭人均月收入、婚姻状况、孕次、是否接受个性化护理、异位妊娠位置、病灶直径、手术方式、术后是否发生并发症、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]。对有差异的因素赋值,进行多元线性回归分析。结果 多元线性回归分析结果显示:家庭人均月收入、是否接受个性化护理、手术方式、术后是否发生并发症、SPBS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分为影响患者生活质量测定量表简表评分的因素(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示:患者SPBS评分与生活质量测定量表简表评分呈负相关关系(r=-0.367,P<0.05)。结论 异位妊娠术后患者生活质量测定量表简表评分受家庭人均月收入、个性化护理、手术方式等多种因素影响,且与SPBS评分呈负相关。医护人员可根据影响因素改进护理措施,以减轻患者自我感受负担,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors on quality of life in patients with ectopic pregnancy after the operation,so as to provide a reference for the formulation of clinical nursing measures.Methods A total of 134 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Xiangcheng from March 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study participants.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the factors for the WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF) score [age,education level,residence,in-service status,per capita monthly family income,marital status,gravidity,use or non-use of personalized care,location of ectopic pregnancy,lesion diameter,surgical approach,presence or absence of postoperative complications,the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS) score,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score,and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) score].Multiple linear regression analysis was performed by assigning values to factors with differences.Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that per capita monthly family income,use or non-use of personalized nursing,surgical methods,presence or absence of postoperative complications,SPBS score,SAS score,and SDS score were the influencing factors for the WHOQOL-BREF(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis indicated that there was a negative correlation between SPBS and WHOQOL-BREF scores(r=-0.367,P<0.05).Conclusion The WHOQOL-BREF for patients with ectopic pregnancy after the operation is influenced by many factors such as per capita monthly income of a family,personalized nursing and surgical methods,and is negatively correlated with SPBS score.Medical staff can optimize nursing measures according to influencing factors to reduce the burden of patients’ self-perception and increase the quality of life of patients.
