渐进性肌肉放松训练联合人文关怀护理在异位妊娠患者中的应用

Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with humanistic concern care in patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的 探讨渐进性肌肉放松训练(PMRT)联合人文关怀护理在异位妊娠(EP)患者中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取赣州市赣县区人民医院2020年12月—2022年1月收治的60例EP患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予人文关怀护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合PMRT进行干预,比较2组患者心理状态、舒适情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者干预后抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后舒适度量表(GCQ)中生理、精神、心理及社会环境维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PMRT联合人文关怀护理用于EP患者护理中,有助于改善患者心理状态及舒适度,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training(PMRT) combined with humanistic concern care in patients with ectopic pregnancy(EP),Methods Sixty patients with EP admitted to Ganxian People’s Hospital from December 2020 to January 2022 were selected by convenience sampling.They were assigned to a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received humanistic concern care intervention,and the patients in the observation group received PMRT intervention based on the control group.The psychological state,comfort,complications,and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After care,SDS and SAS scores decreased in both groups,which was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Physical,mental,psychological,and social environment scores in the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ) increased in both groups,which was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);the care satisfaction rate was 100.00% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion PMRT combined with humanistic care for EP patients is conducive to improving the psychological state and comfort of patients and increasing care satisfaction.
