循证护理在肠套叠患儿空气灌肠复位中的应用

Application of evidence-based care in gaseous enema reduction in children with intussusception

目的 探讨循证护理在肠套叠患儿空气灌肠复位中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年8月—2022年1月于商丘市第一人民医院行空气灌肠复位治疗的50例肠套叠患儿为研究对象,采用循证护理干预,统计干预疗效以及患儿家属的护理满意度。结果 本研究中50例肠套叠患儿均治愈出院。49例患儿行空气灌肠复位成功,其中2例进行了2次复位。1例患儿因腹腔积液过多,多次加压空气灌肠仍未复位,遂行肠切除吻合术。50例患儿家属中48例参与护理满意度调查,结果显示护理技术评分为(35.4±2.1)分,专业素养评分为(24.6±3.6)分,服务态度评分为(23.9±2.8)分。结论 循证护理用于肠套叠患儿空气灌肠复位中效果较好,家属满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effectiveness of evidence-based care in gaseous enema reduction in children with intussusception.Methods A total of 50 children with intussusception who underwent gaseous enema reduction in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from August 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study participants.The evidence-based care intervention was employed to statistically count the effectiveness of the intervention and the care satisfaction of the children’s s families.Results All patients(n=50) of intussusception in this study were cured and discharged.Fortynine children underwent successful gaseous enema reduction,and two of them underwent the reduction twice.One child underwent intestinal resection and anastomosis due to excessive abdominal effusion and multiple pressurized gaseous enemas that remained unreduced.Forty-eight of the 50 children’s families participated in the care satisfaction survey.The results showed that the care technique score was(35.4±2.1) points,the professional literacy score was(24.6±3.6) points,and the service attitude score was(23.9±2.8) points.Conclusion Evidence-based care is effective in the reduction of gaseous enema in children with intussusception,with high satisfaction from family members.These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this procedure in clinical practice.
