摘要
为了提高含碳金矿的开发利用率,针对该类型金矿中碳、金分离难度大,浸出过程中的“劫金”问题,进行了碳的种类与“劫金”机理讨论,阐述了浮选、屏蔽—氰化提金、焙烧氧化、化学氧化、生物氧化、高温高压氧化预处理工艺的研究现状。浮选金精矿品位低,屏蔽—氰化中屏蔽剂及生物氧化细菌菌种选择性强,应用受限,化学氧化污染严重;基于耐高温、高压节能装备的发展与应用,焙烧与高温高压氧化预处理将是含碳金矿工艺发展的方向,并对2种工艺的应用情况进行了列举。
In order to improve the development and utilization rate of carbon-containing gold ore,in view of the difficulty of separation of carbon and gold in this type of gold ore and the problems of"gold robbery"in the leaching process,the types of carbon and its"gold robbery"mechanism were discussed.The research status of flotation,shielding-cyanide gold extraction,roasting oxidation,chemical oxidation,biological oxidation,high temperature and high pressure oxidation pretreatment process was described.The grade of gold concentrate is low,the selectivity of shielding agent and biological oxidation bacteria in shielding-cyanidation is strong,the application is limited,and the chemical oxidation pollution is serious.Based on the development and application of high temperature and high pressure energy-saving equipment,roasting and high temperature and high pressure oxidation pretreatment will be the development direction of carbon-containing gold ore process,and the application of the two processes is listed.
