摘要
采选工业场地总平面布置直接关系到企业近期的经济效益与生产效率,远期的建设和扩大再生产。大万矿业新建竖井工业场地,不仅要考虑自身的平面布置,而且要考虑与现有选厂、道路、运输的衔接关系。运用层次分析法(AHP)建立方案评选模型,综合考虑平面布置、矿石运输、建设投资等因素,将问题分解为4层共10个要素,建立两两比较矩阵,采用和积法计算分析,并进行一致性检验,得出2个方案权重,选择出最佳方案。层次分析法对改扩建项目、新建工业场地总平面布置选择及优化具有一定借鉴意义。
The general layout of the mining and dressing industrial site is directly related to the short-term economic benefits and production efficiency of the enterprise,and the long-term construction and expansion of reproduction.The newly-built shaft industrial site of Dawan Mining should not only consider its own plane layout,but also consider the connection with the existing concentrator,road and transportation.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish the model of scheme evaluation,which takes into account the factors of plane layout,ore transportation,construction investment,etc..The problem is divided into 4 layers and 10 elements,and the pairwise comparison matrix is established.The sum-product method is adopted to calculate and analyze,and the consistency test is carried out to obtain the weight of two schemes and select the best scheme.The AHP can be used for reference to the selection and optimization of the general layout of the newly-built industrial site.
