低价值极厚大矿体采矿方法的优化及应用

摘要 浙江省某硅灰石矿开采矿种为方解石、硅灰石,矿体总体为缓倾斜极厚,矿岩稳固。目前矿山采用的房柱采矿法存在采切工程量大,采矿成本相对较高,安全性一般,贫化率高等问题,为此采用一房一柱、上下两层布置、浅孔落矿的方式,从矿块参数设计、采切工程布置、回采工序简化、矿房空区地压管理等方面进行优化,使得开采此类低价值、缓倾斜极厚矿体变得更加安全、经济、高效,从而极大提高了回采作业安全条件,降低了采切工程量和采切成本,控制了矿石贫化率,为后续低价值、缓倾斜极厚矿体的开采提供了一定的借鉴。 The minerals of a wollastonite mine in Zhejiang Province are calcite and wollastonite,and the orebodies is generally very thick and gently inclined with stable rock.At present,the roomandpillar mining method used in mines has some problems,such as large amount of mining engineering,relatively high mining cost,general safety and high dilution rate.So the method of one room and one column,the layout of upper and lower layers,and the method of shallow hole falling ore are adopted to optimize the parameters design of ore block,the layout of mining and cutting engineering,the simplification of mining procedure,and the management of ground pressure in the goaf of mining room,so as to make the mining of this kind of low value and gently inclined extremely thick orebodies more safe,economical and efficient.Thus,the safety condition of mining operation is greatly improved,the mining quantity and cutting cost are reduced,and also the ore dilution rate is controlled,which provides certain reference for the subsequent mining of low value and gently inclined extremely thick ore body.
