摘要
高瓦斯易燃煤层综放工作面末采回撤时可能存在矿压增大、巷道变形、老塘侧发火、瓦斯升高、回撤设备工艺复杂、运输系统线路长、职工劳动强度大、受伤概率高等诸多问题。通过优化生产工艺,创新支架运输方式,强化设备管理,协同综合防灭火等方法,实现了23 d安全高效完成大水头煤矿东104综放工作面设备回撤工程,比计划工期提前了12 d,有效避免了高瓦斯易燃综放工作面回撤期间有害气体超限等自然发火征兆的发生,对综放工作面末采期间安全管理及安全高效回撤具有很好的参考价值和指导意义。
There are probabily many problems in the final withdrawal of fully mechanized caving face of high gas flammable coal seam,such as large mine pressure,deformation of roadway,fire on the old pool side,rise of gas,complicated process of withdrawal equipment,long route of transportation system,high labor intensity of workers and high probability of injury.By optimizing production technology,innovating support transportation mode,strengthening equipment management,cooperating with comprehensive fire prevention and other methods,the equipment withdrawal project of 104 fully mechanized caving face east of Dashuitou Coal Mine was completed safely and efficiently in 23 days,12 days ahead of the planned construction period,and the occurrence of harmful gas overlimit and other spontaneous combustion symptoms during the withdrawal period of highly flammable fully mechanized caving face was effectively avoided,which has good reference value and guiding significance for safety management and safe and efficient withdrawal during final mining of fully mechanized caving face.
