祛风除湿通脉方联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Qufeng Chushi Tongmai Prescription Combined with Western Medicine for Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察祛风除湿通脉方联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:选取64例RA患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各32例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予祛风除湿通脉方治疗。2组疗程均为12周。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后28处关节疾病活动度评分(DAS28)、血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平的变化。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为93.75%,对照组为78.13%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后到12周,2组CRP均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);治疗8周后到12周,2组ESR、DAS28评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组ESR、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗12周后,观察组ESR、CRP、DAS28评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:祛风除湿通脉方联合西药能够有效缓解RA患者的临床症状,降低疾病活动度,改善炎症指标。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng Chushi Tongmai Prescription combined with western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 64 cases of RA patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qufeng Chushi Tongmai Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the changes in Disease Activity Score in 28 Joints(DAS28) scores and levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 93.75% in the observation group and 78.13% in the control group,the difference being significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Chushi Tongmai Prescription combined with western medicine can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of RA patients,reduce disease activity and improve inflammatory indexes.
