摘要
电池作为数据中心运行的最后一道保障。对电池进行预防性维护和分析是十分有必要的。本文主要介绍了数据中心用铅酸电池的维护方式及典型故障分析。在日常维护过程中通过对电池的浮充电压、内阻、温度等参数进行分析,加上定期的放电测试能够有效的掌握电池的基本性能情况,排除电池隐患。介绍了常见的故障判断方法,并对电池常见故障进行分析,总结了3点电池维护经验与电池性能恢复方法,降低因电池故障导致的电力风险。
Batteries act as the last safeguard for data centers.Preventive maintenance and analysis of batteries are necessary.This paper mainly introduces the maintenance mode and typical fault analysis of lead-acid batteries in data centers.In the process of daily maintenance,the basic performance of the battery can be effectively mastered and hidden dangers of the battery can be eliminated by analyzing the parameters such as floating charge voltage,internal resistance,and temperature of the battery,plus regular discharge test.The common fault judgment methods are introduced and the common battery faults are analyzed.Three points of battery maintenance experience and battery performance recovery methods are summarized to reduce the power risk caused by battery faults.
