后疫情时代中医药文化翻译与国际传播的现状、问题与展望

Situation,Problems and Prospects of TCM Cultural Translation and International Dissemination in Post-Epidemic Era

翻译是文化输出、交流与沟通的重要媒介,中医药文化翻译在中医药国际化进程和文化对外传播中发挥着重要作用。后疫情时代,中医药国际传播迎来新的发展机遇,高质量高水平的中医药翻译有助于加快中医药国际传播。本研究较为系统地总结了后疫情时代中医药文化翻译与国际传播现状,指出中医药文化翻译研究与国际传播尚存在缺乏系统规范的中医翻译理论体系、缺乏统一的中医药翻译术语标准、翻译人才培养不足、中医药文化科普翻译研究不足等问题。后疫情时代中医药文化翻译与国际传播需要加快建立系统规范的中医药文化翻译理论体系、加快建立统一的中医药术语国际标准和中医药翻译语料库、加快培养多语种多样化的中医药翻译人才、重视并加强中医药文化科普翻译,促进中医药文化走向世界,让中医药为人类健康卫生共同体建设贡献更多更大的力量。

Translation is an important medium for cultural export,exchange,and communication.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) cultural translation plays an important role in the process of TCM internationalization and the culture spread to the outside world.In the post-epidemic era,the international dissemination of TCM has ushered in new development opportunities,and high-quality and high-level TCM translation will help accelerate the international dissemination of TCM.This study systematically summarized the cultural translation of TCM and the international spread of the status quo in the post-epidemic era,analyzed the problems of TCM cultural translation research and the international spread,which included lack of system specifications translation theory system,lack of unified culture of TCM terminology standard,inadequate translation talents cultivation,lack of translation research on TCM cultural science popularization.In the post-epidemic era,TCM culture translation and international dissemination need to pay more attention to accelerate the establishment of a systematic and standardized theoretical system of TCM cultural translation,accelerate the establishment of unified international standards for TCM terminology and TCM translation corpus,speed up the cultivation of multilingual,diversification of TCM translation talents,attach importance to and strengthen the culture of traditional Chinese medicine science,so as to promote TCM culture to the world and let traditional Chinese medicine contribute more and greater strength to the construction of a community of human health.
