郑玉玲治疗胰腺癌的用药规律及学术思想分析

Medication Rules and Academic Thought of Professor Zheng Yuling in Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

目的:探讨郑玉玲教授治疗胰腺癌的用药规律,并总结其学术思想。方法:收集郑玉玲教授治疗胰腺癌的病例资料,建立数据库,采用频数、聚类分析、因子分析、关联规则、复杂网络分析等方法进行分析。结果:经统计分析发现,应用频数最多的方剂为枳实消痞汤、大柴胡汤。将高频中药进行四气、五味、归经统计分析发现,药性以温居多,其次为寒、平;药味以辛居多,其次为苦、甘;药物以入脾经居多,其次为胃经。结论:通过对用药规律和治疗经验的梳理、分析发现,郑玉玲教授认为胰腺癌的关键病因在于虚、滞、瘀、痰,或四者相互交杂,机体阴阳失衡是疾病发生的关键因素。治疗上以顾护中焦、温补脾胃为主,疏肝利胆、调节气机为助,使脾胃、肝胆升降相宜;用药以协调阴阳,斡旋气机为主,同时,讲究中西互参。

Objective:To explore the medication rules of Professor Zheng Yuling in the treatment of pancreatic cancer,and to summarize her academic thoughts.Methods:The case data of Professor Zheng Yuling′s treatment of pancreatic cancer were collected,a database was established,and frequency analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis,association rules,complex network analysis,and other methods were used for analysis.Results:With statistical analysis,it was found that the most frequently used prescriptions were Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction and Dachaihu Decoction.With statistical analysis of the four nature of drugs,five flavors,and channel tropism of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,it was found that warm,then cold and then central drugs in medicinal property are the mostly used ones.Drugs with pungent,followed by bitter and sweet tastes are mostly used ones.Most of the drugs work in the Spleen meridian and the Stomach meridian.Conclusion:Through combing and analyzing the medication rules and treatment experience,Professor Zheng Yuling believes that the main causes of pancreatic cancer is deficiency,stagnation,stasis,Phlegm,or the combination of the four and the imbalance of Yin and Yang in the body is the key factor in the occurrence of the disease.In terms of treatment,caring for the Middle Jiao,warming the Spleen and Stomach,soothing the Liver should be focused on with regulating Qi movement and promoting gallbladder as the helping methods,to make the Qi movement of Spleen and Stomach as well as Liver and gallbladder rising and falling appropriately.Medication is mainly based on coordinating Yin and Yang as well as the Qi movement.At the same time,Chinese medicine and Western medicine should be used accordingly.
