区块链思维视域下信息素养画像刻写机制构建研究

A Study on the Construction of Engraving Mechanism of Information Literacy Portrait From the Perspective of Blockchain Thinking

在时代、用户、技术、情境、场景、思维、情感等要素的影响下,信息素养正以多变的形态模样出现在人们的视野,影响着人们的理解和认知。为统一信息素养认知战线,并为信息素养的发展和价值实现提供一个理性、真实的认知基础,论文尝试性地运用区块链思维构建信息素养画像的刻写机制,通过基于智能合约思维的信息素养数据结构化、基于分布记账去中心思维的数据采集存储的区块化、账本化、基于共识思维的信息素养数据标签化等刻写流程,实现信息素养画像的全息呈现,以有效地促进信息素养数据的流动与互联、信息素养画像成果的融合与共享,以化解传统信息素养认知研究中各自为政、相互阻隔的孤岛现状及其带来的认知偏移与疏漏等危机,以期为相关研究提供参考借鉴。

Information literacy, under the influence of the times, users, technology, situation, scene, thinking, emotion and other elements, is appearing in people’s vision in a changeable form, which affects people’s understanding and cognition. In order to unify the cognitive front of information literacy and provide a rational and realistic cognitive basis for the development and value realization of information literacy, this paper attempts to use block chain thinking to construct the engraving mechanism of information literacy portrait. Through the information literacy data structure based on the intelligent contract thinking, the data collection and storage process based on the distributed accounting decentralized thinking, the accounting,the information literacy data tagging based on the consensus thinking, etc., the holographic presentation of the information literacy portrait is realized in order to effectively promote the flow and interconnection of information literacy data and the fusion and sharing of information literacy portrait results, so as to resolve the cognitive deviation and omission caused by the isolated island situation of the traditional information literacy research, and provide reference for the related research.
