Under the background of “building confident and self-strengthening socialist culture” put forward by the 20th National Congress, all public libraries in Jiangsu province should strengthen cooperation, be self-confident and selfstrengthening, adhere to integrity and innovation, practice the spirit of the Party’s 20th Great Congress with practical actions, and strive to promote the high quality development of public libraries in Jiangsu province and the comprehensive improvement of various works, so as to jointly create a new situation for the library industry in Jiangsu province.
