国内慢性难愈合创面医疗救助现状的调查和对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Study on the Current Situation of Medical Aid for Chronic Refractory Wounds in China

探讨中国慢性难愈合创面医疗救助的现状及影响因素和解决对策。通过慢性难愈合创面患者访谈,并辅以问卷调查、结合多位慢性难愈合创面专家深度探讨的研究方法,采用预调查和专家咨询、患者谈心谈话等方式,通过量表对中国110个县区290名慢性难愈合创面患者进行调研。发现在中国,家庭经济条件、政府政策、当地医疗水平、家庭认知等为影响慢性难愈合创面患者救助效果的最主要因素。根据影响因素提出构建慢性难愈合创面患者的社会支持对策。

This article discusses the current situation, influencing factors and countermeasures of medical aid for chronic refractory wounds in China. Through the interview of patients, questionnaire survey, and in-depth discussion by several experts on chronic refractory wounds, 290 patients with chronic refractory wounds in 110 counties and districts in China were investigated by means of pre survey, expert consultation, patient talk, etc. It is found that in China, family economic conditions,government policies, local medical level, family health awareness are the most important factors affecting the rescue effect of patients with chronic refractory wounds. According to the influencing factors, this paper proposes the countermeasures to build social support for patients with chronic refractory wounds.
