摘要
基于高校运行机制中的相关主体,提出高校冷门专业学生就业服务工作的推进主体主要包括政府、高校及市场。政府应以“支持者”身份,通过政策和资金倾斜,健全相关机制,保障资源供给;高校应以“发展者”身份,通过合理定位冷门专业、改进人才培养过程、构建专项就业服务体系,完善内涵建设;市场则应以“协同者”身份,通过树立科学用人理念、探索灵活实习机制,寻求长效发展策略,促进高校冷门专业学生就业服务工作的切实推进。
In view of relevant subjects in the operation mechanism of colleges and universities,it is proposed that the promotion subjects of the employment service work of unpopular majors in colleges and universities should mainly include the government,colleges and universities,and the market.The government acts as a“supporter”,improving the relevant mechanism to ensure the supply of resources through policies and financial inclination.Colleges and universities,as a“developer”,should rationally position the unpopular majors,improve the talent training process,and build a special employment service system to improve the content construction.Market entities,as“coordinators”,should seek long-term development strategies by establishing a scientific concept of employment,exploring flexible internship mechanisms,and promoting the role of employment service for unpopular majors in colleges and universities.
