唐山地区不同品种花生秧及花生红衣饲料价值分析 被引量:1

Feed value analysis of different varieties of peanut vine and peanut red coat in Tangshan area

摘要 为了更好地开发利用花生秧、花生红衣等花生副产物,利用凯氏定氮法、索氏浸提法、酸碱洗涤法等方法对不同品种花生秧和花生红衣的CP、EE、CF等营养指标进行测定分析,并与羊草、玉米秸秆或麦麸等饲料原料的营养指标进行比较。结果显示:不同品种花生秧的CP、EE等营养指标存在一定的差异。CP含量为6.99%~8.81%,EE含量为1.49%~2.38%,CF含量为25.44%~29.52%,Ash含量为9.82%~12.92%,Ca含量为1.59%~1.71%,ADF含量为28.42%~45.00%,NDF含量为40.00%~45.11%;与羊草和玉米秸秆相比,花生秧的CP含量均值分别比羊草和玉米秸秆高8.49%和32.66%,EE含量均值低于羊草34.75%、高于玉米秸秆240.67%,CF含量均值略低于羊草和玉米秸秆,Ash含量均值比羊草和玉米秸秆分别高135.71%和63.26%,P含量均值低于羊草61.36%,高于玉米秸秆183.33%,ADF含量均值分别比羊草和玉米秸秆低0.26%和29.19%;NDF含量均值分别比羊草和玉米秸秆低40.03%和43.33%。不同品种花生红衣的CP、EE等营养指标存在品种间差异,CP含量为17.63%~18.72%,EE含量为17.56%~25.22%,CF含量为25.35%~27.75%,Ash含量为2.75%~3.05%,Ca含量为0.08%~0.16%,P含量为0.37%~0.57%,ADF为37.32%~38.75%,NDF含量为41.77%~44.82%;花生红衣CP含量均值比麦麸高15.48%,EE含量均值比麦麸高4.8倍,CF含量均值比麦麸高近3倍,Ash含量和P含量均值低于麦麸,ADF含量均值比麦麸高1.9倍,NDF含量均值与麦麸接接近。故花生秧具有较高的营养价值,可以作为玉米秸、羊草等粗饲料的替代品。花生红衣具有高于麦麸的CP含量、EE含量,具有较高的营养价值。 In order to better development and utilization of peanut seedling peanut red by-products such as peanuts,by using kjeldahl determination,soxhlet extraction,acid and alkali washing method and other methods for different varieties of peanut seedling and peanuts red,CP,EE,CF and other nutrition index measurement analysis,with l.chinensis,the nutrition of corn stalk or wheat gluten feed ingredients such as index.The results showed that there were certain differences in CP,EE and other nutritional indexes of different varieties of peanut vine.CP content ranges from 6.99% to 8.81%,EE content ranges from 1.49% to 2.38%,CF content ranges from 25.44% to 29.52%,Ash content ranges from 9.82% to 12.92%,Ca content ranges from 1.59% to 1.71%.The ADF content ranged from 28.42% to 45.00% and the NDF content ranged from 40.00% to 45.11%.Compared with Leymus chinensis and corn stover,the mean CP content of peanut seedling was 8.49% and 32.66% higher than that of Leymus chinensis and corn stover,respectively.The mean EE content was 34.75% lower than that of Leymus chinensis and corn stover,and the mean CF content was 240.67% lower than that of Leymus chinensis and corn stover.The mean Ash content was 135.71% and 63.26% higher than that of Leymus chinensis and corn straw,respectively.The mean P content was 61.36% lower than that of Leymus chinensis and 183.33% higher than that of corn straw.The average ADF content was 0.26% and 29.19% lower than that of Leymus chinensis and corn stover,respectively.The mean NDF content was 40.03% and 43.33% lower than that of Leymus chinensis and corn stover,respectively.The CP,EE and other nutritional indexes of different varieties of peanut red coat were different among varieties.CP content ranged from 17.63% to 18.72%,EE content ranged from 17.56% to 25.22%,CF content ranged from 23.35% to 27.75%,Ash content ranged from 2.75%to 3.05%.Ca content ranged from 0.08% to 0.16%,P content ranged from 0.37% to 0.57%,ADF content ranged from 37.32% to 38.75%,NDF content ranged from 41.77% to 44.82%.The mean CP content of peanut red coat is 15.48% higher than that of wheat bran,the mean EE content is 4.8 times higher than that of wheat bran,the mean CF content is nearly 3 times higher than that of wheat bran,the mean Ash content and the mean P content are lower than that of wheat bran,the mean pickling content is 1.9 times higher than that of wheat bran,and the mean NDF content is close to that of wheat bran.Therefore,peanut vine has high nutritional value and can be used as a substitute for corn stover,leymus chinensis and other roughage.Peanut red coat has higher content of CP and EE than wheat bran,and has higher nutritional value.
