习近平总书记指出,培养选拔优秀年轻干部,事关党的事业薪火相传,事关国家长治久安,培养造就一代又一代可靠接班人,这是党和国家事业发展的百年大计。实现企业基业长青、永续发展,关键是要构建好年轻干部成长发展生态。要积极探索建立年轻干部常态化发现、动态化储备、协同化培养、多元化使用的全链条系统化管理体系,营造有利于年轻干部成长发展的良好生态,为党和国家事业发展源源不断输送治国理政复合型人才。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that,cultivating and selecting outstanding young cadres,is vital for the cause of the Party to be handed down from generation to generation,and for the long-term stability of the country.It is a long-term plan for the development of the cause of the Party and the country to cultivate reliable successors from generation to generation.The key to realizing the long-term and sustainable development of the enterprise is to build a good growth and development ecology for young cadres.We should actively explore the establishment of a full chain and systematic management system for young cadres with regular discovery,dynamic reserve,collaborative training and diversified use,create a good environment conducive to the growth and development of young cadres,and continuously provide compound talents for the development of the Party and the country.
