摘要
为研究富含抗菌脂肽的微生态制剂制备工艺及其功效,试验以产品中抗菌脂肽含量为评价指标,分别考察了加水量、培养基质、碳源、发酵时间及发酵温度五项影响因素,筛选出最佳制备工艺,然后通过雏鸡养殖试验验证其功效。结果表明:以豆粕为主要培养基质,料水比1:1 (g/mL),蔗糖为碳源,加入微量无机盐,Bacillus subtilis S21为发酵剂,接种量10%,发酵温度30℃,固态发酵60 h,可获得抗菌脂肽含量≥0.4 mg/g且6个月后芽孢数>1×10^(9)cfu/g的微生态制剂。养殖试验表明,日均增重方面,试验1、2、3、4组显著高于对照组(P <0.05),其中,20~35日龄日均增重最高的为2组,较对照组提高了56.77%;35~50日龄日均增重最高的为3组,较对照组提高了63.17%。料重比方面,试验各组显著低于对照组(P <0.05),其中,20~35日龄,料重比最低的为2组,较对照组降低了24.88%;35~50日龄,料重比最低的为3组,较对照组降低了18.30%。
In order to obtain the preparation process of surfactin-rich microecological preparations and verify their efficacy,taking surfactin content as the evaluation index,respectively investigated the factors of water addition, culture matrix,carbon source,fermentation time and fermentation temperature,select the best preparation process, then verified the effect through chick breeding experiment.The results showed that soybean meal as the main culture matrix,feed-water ratio 1:1(g/m L),sucrose as carbon source,add microinorganic salt,Bacillus subtilis S21 as starter,inoculation volume of 10%,fermentation temperature of 30 ℃,solid fermentation for 60 h,microecological feeding preparations with surfactin content of 0.4 mg/g and spore number> 1×10^(9)cfu/g after 6 months could be obtained. Breeding experiment showed that,experimental trials 1,2,3,4 were significantly higher than control group in average daily weight increase(P < 0.05).The highest weight increase between 20 ~ 35 days was group 2,it was 56.77% higher than control group;between 35 ~ 50 days was group3,63.17% higher than the control group.Each test group was significantly lower than the control group in feed to weight ratio(P < 0.05),from 20 ~ 35 d,the lowest was group 2,it was 24.88% lower than the control group;from 35 ~ 50 d, the lowest was group 3,it was 18.30% lower than the control group.
