复方中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响

Effects of Chinese herbal medicines on growth performance,immunity and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets

为研究饲粮中添加复方中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响,采用单因子试验设计,选择健康的“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪54头,随机分为3个组(每组6个重复,每个重复3头猪),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.3%、0.5%的复方中草药添加剂。试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加复方中草药添加剂组断奶仔猪平均日增重提高9.52%和7.14%(P <0.05),料重比降低3.61%和3.00%(P <0.05),腹泻率降低46.51%和42.05%(P <0.05);血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量提高60.78%和52.55%(P <0.05),IgG提高29.15%和26.70%(P <0.05);肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)降低9.20%和9.61%(P <0.05),IL-6降低27.90%和22.85%(P <0.05),IL-1β降低22.15%和41.83%(P <0.05);一氧化氮合成酶(T-NOS)含量提高41.52%和38.30%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在仔猪基础日粮中添加复方中草药添加剂,能够有效提高仔猪生长性能,增强机体免疫力及抗氧化能力,从而提高养殖者经济效益。

In order to investigate the effects of different Chinese herbal compound feed additives on the growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets.The single factorial experimental design was adopted in this experiment.54 healthy weaned piglets(Duroc ×Large White ×Landrace) were randomly allocated into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 3 piglets per replicate.Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the others were fed basal diets supplemented with 0.3%and 0.5% Chinese herbal medicine extract,respectively. The trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed that dietary supplemented with Chinese herbal medicine compound groups compared with the control group,the average daily gain of weaned piglets increased 9.52% and 7.14%(P < 0.05),the F/G and diarrhea rate reduced 3.61%,3.00% and 46.51%,42.05%(P < 0.05). The serum IgA contents increased 60.78% and52.55%(P < 0.05),Ig G contents increased 29.15% and 26.70%(P < 0.05). The TNF-α contents reduced9.20% and 9.61%(P < 0.05),IL-6 contents reduced 27.90% and 22.85%(P < 0.05),IL-1β contents reduced 27.90% and 22.85%(P < 0.05). The T-NOS contents increased 41.52% and 38.30%(P < 0.05). The research indicated that dietary supplemented with Chinese herbal medicine extracts could improve the growth performance of weaned piglets and the ability of resist inflammation and oxidative stress of the liver was also observed.So as to improve the economic benefits of farmers.
