随着人们物质生活水平的提高,越来越多的人选择饲养伴侣动物来丰富精神生活。猫咪已经成为我国最受欢迎的伴侣动物之一,据《2021中国宠物行业白皮书》显示,相较于宠物犬,宠物猫的饲养量有明显上升,且多分布于一线城市。猫粮和猫罐头作为养猫刚需,其需求量也随之攀升。在科学养宠的风潮下,适口性作为一种评价猫粮吸引力的方法也成为了一个热门话题。本文将对猫适口性的影响因素和评价方法进行综述。

With the improvement of people’s material living standard,more and more people choose to keep companion animals to enrich their spiritual life. Cats have become one of the most popular companion animals in China,with a marked increase in the number of pet cats kept in first-tier cities compared to dogs,according to the 2021 White Paper on China’s pet industry. Cat food and canned cat food are just needed for keeping cats,and demand is rising. Palatability as a way of assessing the appeal of cat food has also become a hot topic in the scientific pet craze. In this paper,the influencing factors and evaluation methods of feline palatability were reviewed.
