万寿菊粕饲料资源开发利用进展

Progress in development and utilization of feed resources of marigold meal

万寿菊粕是万寿菊的鲜花经提取挥发油和叶黄素后的副产品,其年产量可观且含有叶黄素、挥发油、稀萜类、绿原酸、黄酮和糖苷等活性成分,具有作为功能性粗饲料的潜力。本文就万寿菊粕的营养特点、活性成分、畜牧生产中利用现状和应用前景进行了详细的综述,以期为万寿菊粕在家畜生产中的应用提供文献支持。

Marigold meal is the by-product of extracting of volatile oil and luteolin from the flowers of marigold.Its annual yield is considerable,and it contains several active ingredients such as lutein,volatile oil,dilute terpenoid,chlorogenic acid,flavone and glycoside,which has the potential to be used as functional roughage.This paper presented a detailed review about the nutritional characteristics,active ingredients,current status of utilization in livestock production and application prospects of marigold meal,which provided a literature support for the application of marigold meal in livestock production.
