山西省饲料产业形势分析

Situation analysis of feed industry in Shanxi province

面对新冠肺炎疫情持续的压力,国际贸易摩擦频发以及局部战争的爆发,畜禽养殖和畜产品加工盈利能力下降,人力成本大增等诸多挑战,山西省饲料产业饲料价格也颇受影响。本文监测整理了近15年山西省饲料原料及配合饲料价格,并分析其变化趋势。结果表明:近15年,山西省主要饲料原料和配合饲料价格总体上涨,近两年价格出现暴涨,2021年同比增长率最大,2022年价格持续上涨,豆粕价格高达4.37元/kg。因此,饲料生产需努力克服市场波动,调整以豆粕为例的高价原料比例,优化产品结构,提质增效,保持价格平稳增长,促进饲料产业与养殖业的和谐发展。

In the face of the continuous pressure of COVID-19 epidemic,frequent international trade frictions and the outbreak of local wars,livestock breeding and livestock product processing profitability decline,labor costs increase and many other challenges,feed prices in Shanxi feed industry are also affected.This paper monitored and sorted out the prices of feed raw materials and compound feed in Shanxi province in the past 15 years,and analyzed the changing trend. The results showed that in the past 15 years,the prices of main feed raw materials and compound feed in Shanxi province increased overall,and the prices soared in the past two years. The year-on-year growth rate was the largest in 2021,and the price continued to rise in2022,with the price of soybean meal as high as 4.37 yuan/kg. Therefore,feed production should strive to overcome market fluctuations,adjust the proportion of high-priced raw materials taking soybean meal as an example,optimize product structure,improve quality and efficiency,maintain stable price growth,and promote the harmonious development of feed industry and aquaculture industry.
