大数据视角下我国体医融合案例分析与推行方案

Case Analysis and Implementation Plan of Sports-Medicine Integration in China from the Perspective of Big Data

采用文献资料、网络查询、专家访谈、案例分析等研究方法,从大数据视角对正在落实体医融合的机构、事件、项目案例进行收集和整理,对表现形式、运行方式、功能作用等进行分析,总结理论依据和发展规律,进而提出体医融合案例推行方案。研究认为,依据体医融合共同促进健康的实现机制,可以将体医融合案例分为两大基础类别:一类是体育手段促进健康类,另一类是体育手段和医疗手段共同促进健康类。依据体医融合案例的功能作用,将其分为疾病治疗类、疾病康复类、疾病预防类和常规健康促进类;依据体医融合案例的运行方式,将其分为市场运营类、非营利类和公益推广类;依据体医融合案例的表现形式,将其分为医院康复科类、康复医院类、专业公司类、养生中心类、社区服务类、校园类、健身会所类和居家类。以案例表现形式为基础,结合实现机制、功能作用和运行方式,提出推行方案:普及体医融合知识,增强体医融合意识;注重案例收集,优化体医融合信息数据库;扩大体医融合案例宣传,创新体医融合方式;归纳成功案例理论依据,加大体医融合力度。

Through the research methods of literature,network query,expert interview and case analysis,this paper collects and arranges the institutions,events and projects that are implementing the sports-medicine integration as cases from the perspective of big data,analyzes the manifestations,operation modes and functions,summarizes the theoretical basis and development law,and then puts forward the implementation plan of the sports-medicine integration.It shows that these cases can be divided into two basic categories to jointly promote health from the realization mechanism of sports-medicine integration.One is health promotion by sports means,the other is health promotion by sports means and medicine means.According to the function of sports-medicine integration,it can be divided into disease treatment,disease rehabilitation,di-sease prevention and routine health promotion.According to the operation mode of sports-medicine integration,it can be divided into market operation,non-profit operation and public welfare promotion.According to the manifestations of these cases,it can be divided into hospital rehabilitation,rehabilitation hospital,professional company,health center,community service,campus,fitness club and home.Based on the manifestation of the cases,combined with the implementation mechanism,function and operation mode,the implementation plan is proposed:popularizing the knowledge of sports-medicine integration and strengthening the awareness of sports-medicine integration;focusing on case collection and optimizing the information database of sports-medicine integration;strengthening the publicity of cases of sports-medicine integration and innovating the way of sports-medicine integration;summarizing the theoretical basis of successful cases and increasing the efforts of sports-medicine integration.
