广州市新型墙体材料中可浸出重金属含量的调查研究

摘要 对广州地区使用的新型墙体材料中可浸出重金属含量进行调查,按标准GB 5085.3和GB/T 39804的要求,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光法分别对墙体材料浸出液中的镉、汞、砷、铅、铬含量进行测定。结果表明,应用标准GB/T 39804对墙体材料进行检测更为准确,且所检样品中镉、汞、砷、铅的可浸出含量全部符合评价标准GB/T 35605的要求,仅铬的超标率为8%。广州地区墙体材料中重金属铬、铅、砷的含量范围与国内平均值相差较大,重金属镉、汞的含量范围与国内平均值相对持平。 To investigate the leachable heavy metal content in new wall materials used in Guangzhou area. Determination of cadmium, mercury, arsenic, lead, and chromium contents in the leaching fluid of wall materials were carried out by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence according to the requirements of standard GB 5085.3 and GB/T 39804, respectively. The results show that it is more accurate to apply standard GB/T 39804 to the examination of wall materials, and the leachable contents of cadmium, mercury, arsenic, and lead in the examined samples all meet the requirements of evaluation standard GB/T 35605,the over representation of chromium alone is 8%. The content ranges of the heavy metals chromium, lead, and arsenic in wall materials in Guangzhou are relatively different from the domestic average, and those of the heavy metals cadmium and mercury are relatively flat to the domestic average.
