我国海洋经济发展影响因素及发展趋势研究——基于三大海洋经济圈的实证分析

Research on Influencing Factors and Development Trends of China′s Marine Economic Development:Empirical analysis based on the three major marine economic circles

海洋强国战略和“十四五”规划对我国海洋经济发展提出了高质量发展要求。文章从我国海洋经济发展的概况出发,使用环渤海地区、长江三角洲地区以及珠江三角洲地区的海洋经济发展集成数据,运用Cite Space进行可视化结果分析,厘清了我国海洋经济发展的若干影响因素并构建了我国海洋经济发展水平的综合评价体系。基于此,文章通过进一步建立固定效应模型实证检验了此类影响因素对我国海洋经济发展的影响作用。实证结果表明:地区经济发展水平、产业发展和我国海洋经济发展之间存在协同促进作用,而基础设施建设不足和城市化水平差异则对海洋经济发展产生了一定的制约。文章也对我国海洋经济发展的不足和前景进行了剖析,以期为我国海洋经济发展提供针对性的政策建议。

The marine power strategy and the “14th Five-Year Plan” have put forward high-quality development requirements for the development of China′s marine economy. Starting from the general situation of China′s marine economic development, this paper used the integrated data of marine economic development in the Bohai Rim region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta, and used Cite Space to analyze the visualization results, thereby clarifying several influencing factors of China′s marine economic development and constructing a comprehensive evaluation system for the development level of China′s marine economy. Based on this, this paper empirically tested the influence of such factors on the development of China′s marine economy by further establishing a fixed effect model. The empirical results showed that there was a synergistic effect between the regional economic development level and industrial development and the development of China′s marine economy, while the lack of infrastructure construction and the difference in the level of urbanization had produced certain constraints on the development of marine economy. The paper also analyzed the shortcomings and prospects of China′s marine economic development, to provide targeted policy suggestions for China′s marine economic development.
