摘要
乙烯工业是石油化工产业的核心,裂解气压缩机是乙烯装置的核心设备,随着国际乙烯的需求不断增长,乙烯行业的效益不断升高,乙烯生产商要求提高乙烯产量的期望越来越迫切。本文针对130万t乙烯装置在水泥基础不动,主进出气管道不动的前提下针对裂解气压缩机进行升级改造,在基础有限的空间布置以及高安全、高效率的要求下,采用CFD软件开发了裂解气压缩机的短跨距高效叶轮模型级,利用RBSP软件确定了三缸转子的临界转速,设计压缩机组整体布置,计算了压缩机进出口蜗室的强度,模拟优化了进气流道,在乙烯产量增加30%,进口流量增大1.3倍,机组重量增加了23t的同时,通过优化机壳、隔板结构,减轻机组重量和横向尺寸适应了原基础的空间与强度。本文同时也分析了压缩机叶轮的频率,生成了压缩机性能曲线。
The ethylene industry is the core of the petrochemical industry,and the cracking gas compressor is the core equipment of the ethylene plant.With the continuous growth of the international demand for ethylene,the benefits of the ethylene industry are rising,and the expectation of ethylene producers to increase the ethylene output is increasingly urgent.This paper aims at upgrading the cracking gas compressor in 1.3 million tons ethylene plant on the premise that the cement foundation is not moving and the main inlet and outlet gas pipelines are not moving.Under the limited space layout of the foundation and the requirements of high safety and efficiency,the short span high efficiency impeller model stage of the cracking gas compressor is developed using CFD software.The critical speed of the three cylinder rotor is determined using RBSP software,and the overall layout of the compressor unit is designed,The strength of the inlet and outlet volute of the compressor was calculated,and the inlet flow path was simulated and optimized.While the ethylene output increased by 30%,the inlet flow increased by 1.3 times,and the unit weight increased by 23 tons,the unit weight and transverse size were reduced by optimizing the casing and diaphragm structure,which adapted to the space and strength of the original foundation.At the same time,the frequency of compressor impeller is analyzed,and the compressor performance curve is generated.
