矿用重型减速器行星机构功率谱分析

摘要 分析了矿用重型减速器行星机构结构特点和频谱分析难点。介绍了随机振动信号功率谱分析方法。以某重型减速器行星机构为研究对象,对其进行了加载试验和振动测试。采集了测点振动加速度信号,应用小波阈值去噪方法,进行了振动信号预处理,滤除了信号噪声。计算了测点振动信号自相关函数,对自相关函数做傅里叶变换获得测点振动信号功率谱。提出了行星机构振动信号故障特征频率计算方法。分析了该重型矿用减速器行星机构功率谱,获得了行星机构振动谱峰,提出了减速器设计优化建议。为矿用减速器可靠性提升奠定了基础。 Analyzed the structural characteristics and spectrum analysis difficulties of the planetary mechanism of the mining heavy-duty reducer.Introduced the power spectrum analysis method of random vibration signal.Taking a planetary mechanism of a heavy reducer as the research object,the loading test and vibration test were carried out.The vibration acceleration signal of the measuring point was collected,The wavelet threshold denoising method was used to preprocess the vibration signal and filter out the signal noise.The autocorrelation function of the vibration signal at the measuring point was calculated,Fourier transform was performed on the autocorrelation function to obtain the vibration signal power spectrum of the measuring point,A method for calculating the fault characteristic frequency of the vibration signal of the planetary mechanism was proposed.The power spectrum of the planetary mechanism of the heavy-duty mine reducer were analyzed,the vibration spectrum peaks of the planetary mechanism were obtained,and the design optimization suggestions of the reducer were put forward.which laid the foundation for the reliability improvement of the mine reducer.
